1. Where do the training courses take place?

Our training courses are held online or at the Allnet.Italia headquarters in VIA RENATO FUCINI 2, 40033, Casalecchio Di Reno, Bologna. Any changes in venue or modality (in-presence/online) will be promptly communicated to participants.

2. Is parking available for participants?

The facility does not have a private car park, however free parking is possible in the area near Via del Lavoro, in the areas adjacent to our premises.

3. What time does the course start and end?

Course times are specified in the official programme. In general, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the start time to complete registration.

4. How can I pay for the course?

Payment must be made exclusively by bank transfer in advance. The bank transfer details will be indicated in the order confirmation at the bottom of the page.

5. Is it possible to pay on the day of the course?

No, it is not possible to pay on site. Registration is considered valid only if payment is received by the indicated date.

6. Will an invoice be issued?

Yes, Allnet.Italia will issue a regular invoice in the name of the company data provided during registration. The invoice will be sent by email.

7. What happens if I can no longer participate in the course?

If you are unable to attend, you must notify us by email. The conditions for cancellation or replacement of the participant are indicated in the official course communication.

8. Can a registered participant be replaced?

Yes, it is possible to replace the participant’s name by notifying the organisation in advance by email.

9. Are teaching materials provided?

Yes, for those courses that require it, a kit will be delivered to each company, consisting of the necessary products for the laboratory part.
